ASCOLTARE: LETTER TO YOU

Bruce Springsteen, fra poco il suo nuovo album che si intitola Letter to You.

L’uscita del nuovo album di Bruce Springsteen è prevista per il 23 ottobre, sarà pubblicato da Columbia Records che da sempre è l’etichetta dell’artista.

La produzione è affidata allo stesso Springsteen insieme a Ron Aniello, già producer dei precedenti album Western Stars, High Hopes e Wrecking Ball.

Ad accompagnare Bruce è la sua E Street Band i cui membri attuali sono Stevie Van Zandt, Maw Weinberg, Garry Tallent, Roy Bittan, Nils Logfren e la cantante Patti Scialfa, moglie del “Boss”.

“Amo la natura emotiva di Letter To You e adoro il suono della E Street Band che suona completamente dal vivo in studio, in un modo che non abbiamo mai fatto prima e senza sovraincisioni.

Abbiamo realizzato l’album in soli cinque giorni e si è rivelata una delle più grandi esperienze di registrazione che abbia mai avuto”.

Anticipato dal primo singolo omonimo, Letter to You contiene oltre a nove brani inediti anche tre canzoni realizzate negli anni ‘70 e mai pubblicate: If I Was the Priest, Song for Orphans e Janey Needs a Shooter.
