il noto fotografo fanese Alberto Eusebi (1859-1939), i cui scatti hanno descritto la vita della città dalla fine dell’Ottocento fino agli anni Trenta del Novecento, ha realizzato una foto di una delle prime stanze da bagno di Fano? Niente più mastelli o tinozze, bensì la cosiddetta vasca ‘Moderna’, un rubinetto per l’acqua fredda e uno per quella calda che proveniva direttamente dallo scaldabagno a legna, un water con sedile e un tappeto a tasselli in legno passati con fil di ferro che poteva essere arrotolato. the well-known Fano photographer Alberto Eusebi (1859-1939), whose shots described the life of the city from the end of the nineteenth century to the thirties of the twentieth century, took a photo of one of the first bathrooms in Fano? No more pails or washbowls, instead the so-called ‘Modern’ tub, a tap for cold water and one for hot water running directly from the wood-fired boiler, a toilet with its lid and a rug – decorated with wooden dowels connected with iron wire – that might be rolled up.
